That Rumiko's pic... Well there are ways to find out if someone is a "he" or a "she":

Facial hair, breasts and hips. There's no facial hair but "he" could have shaved. Breasts... I can't see any volume on that picture. xD She is sat on a chair with a desk in front of her so we cannot see her hips.

Which means... she looks like a mix of both genres. xD
