Who knows anymore? It was always one of those borderline ones like damn and hell. But these days you hear words like bi~ and sh~ even on broadcast television and radio. Seems the only thing that gets censored anymore are sexual terms and racial slurs.
Excuse me, have you seen my mind? I seem to have misplaced it...

I just erased it, didn't change it to other word. And even if we hear and read all those swear and curse words it doesn't make okay to say/write them and personaly I think these kind of words are just like the rest of other words. Curse and swear words are words that everyone likes to say/write them but not everyone likes to hear/read them. I'm just doing this because it's a Forum's rule.

Well, isn't our lovely Lum a damned alien? But yes, you may have a point there but damn isn't really a swear word nowadays is it? Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.

Shitty? Was that the word?

Does this help? Shitty

Check out 6.

It's what I think about this... But yeah... rules are good... we should never break the rules... but... sometimes the rule book works more like a guide... for the rest you use our common sense.

I wonder which one is true!?

What? What did I say?

I was just trying to guess the secret word... XD

6 letters starts with S and rhymes with city... It could only be Shitty. From my point of view... this is slang... and unless I'm wrong... that isn't cursing/insulting.

But like I said... It's my point of view... And If cata thinks its a curse... then let it be a curse... I'll respect that...

Just don't edit my posts... XD

Fine I give up. Write whatever you want. But then don't say that I didn't warn you if Mr. Lum-chan comes here and complains about "our" language.

Well this is not what I would call as "influence" but I found it really interesting.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sd1YeBRSxc0

This is a part from Neon Genesis Evangelion episode 3 and around 3:33 (time) the girl (Misato) says something all of us love. xD

Btw, I had no idea where to post this and I didn't feel okay to create a new topic just for one video, so I decided to post here. =)

I've found another contender for UY's influence! In episode 10 of Toradora, someone says something that we all know. It's Mendo's signature phrase: "Kurai yo! Semai yo! Kowai yo!" It's around 0:30 that it begins. =)

Also, right after it, Kitamura (the guy with in front of the girl) says "where have I heard that before?" which leads me to think that it's a UY reference! =D

It was almost like a "deja vu" type of thing... XD Mostly because of the post below in this same topic... XD
