I think your best bet is to edit sprites from some other game, that's what most people do I reckon.

Actually a lot of people I've known (I've been in a few game-making communities... I played with Gamemaker for a little while but personally thought it was crap software... Flash was always more my forte) make their own sprites. It's really not all that hard to do. I could do it myself, but frankly, I don't really have the time to offer my services to anyone right now. Modifying pre-existing sprites is a quick and easy way to do things though.

Just get a few screen grabs with the appropriate actions from the series/movies, cut them out with photoshop and hey presto.  One briliantly animated character.

ok sry if I haven't been back in ages but one I'll have to download the movie and i'll see what GIMP can do since i'm using Linux and currently I don't have Window's because of a virus. Well hopefully someday i'll get that game up and running just haven't had the time and currently the resources to do as such.
