As for the battle between Shinobu and Lum...I'd think it'd be a stalemate, for Lum attacking at a distance has it's disadvantages, mainly she'd give Shinobu time to dodge, but Shinobu can't attack Lum if she can fly as high as the stratosphere, I guess it'd boil down to whether Lum was mad enough to want a close-range battle but I doubt the two would have a reason to have it out on the ladder half of the series...I''m not helping this debate am I

Well, Lum's strenght is very low, and she knows this very well after the fight with Soban!!
But in that fight she wasn't using electric powers, so in a close-range combat she could easily fry her opponent!!
