Hi, I was browsing in the episode guide and they say that UY has 218 episodes but I saw in this site http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=377 that UY only has 195 episodes How can that be ???

The first episodes are two different parts. Some people consider them two episodes, while others consider it 1 episode only.

it is something many people get confused by, i prefer the 195 episode guide because that's how my collection is numbered, both are technically right but the reason this happens is that there are 23 episodes that have 2 episodes in one, notice the first episode, if you have it, it has 2 titles "I'm lum the notorious" and "It's raining oil in our town"
