Ok, Dark. I'll explain. If you don't feel anything when it's your B-day and everyone ignores you knowing that it is your B-day, then you just will facing it as a normal day. But another person in the same situation as you, being ignored by everyone in his own B-day, would be really depressed. So, when compared you and this other person, you would be rated as "happy".
