Well, you gotta remember that Doraemon is a much older series than Urusei Yatsura.

but some new cartoons aren't funny.
IMO urusei yatsura is on my top, the years passes, and we always like it, the reason and the proof, is that UY is from 80's we are in 2007 and we still going strong, with several fans from this Anime.

I know why Doraemon is higher then Lum. It's all because Doraemon has been updated and UY has not.

I'm not sure if Doraemon contained nudity, but it did contain panty shots of little kids. Also, the show's protagonist (the kid, not Doraemon) occasionally peeked at girls' panties and engaged in other perverted activities.
