This is where you get the Rom (the game). To download it click on "downloads", then go to page 3 and search for "urusei". Then choose DL2 and you'll be in the download page (just ignore the pop-up here, don't even try to close it).

There's a problem though... The game has no sound and it's in Japanese (since there's no other version).

well,in mah case there wasnt any pop-up as i use an anti-spyware and anti-pop-ups
