One of the actual girls that fell in love with Ataru, she is very cute and kind. She was always bed-ridden and had to stay in the hospital because of her serious illness. She would knit gloves and scarfs and write in her diary about the amazing things she would do with him, only to die before getting that chance on Christmas Eve.

She comes back as a ghost to fulfill her wish but sadly eventually had to go back to the spirit world when she does so. Ataru realized that too, so he walked home still wearing the knitted clothing to cherish her kindness and love a little longer.

To me, she was the best character to show that Ataru is still a decent guy at heart, and that was enough for me to enjoy her character.
