Urusei Yatsura never made u laugh!?!?!?! But yea some anime/manga that made me laugh were City hunter,angel heart,dragon half, patlabor and hell teacher nube. Those are all i can think of right now :X

The only episode of urusei yatsura that I found funny was the one where a plum posesses people but it didn't laugh at it properly. The same for school rumble. I have heard manga is funnier than anime.

Urusei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, Nagasarete Airantou, Mahou Shoujo Pretty Sammy, Clannad (not a comedy but has some really funny parts), Genshiken, and Lucky Star.

Urusei Yatsura has made me laugh more than anything so far, it's really brilliant.

Other than that I can mention Bakemonogatari, Katanagatari, Inuyasha at some parts....
