It was VERY HARD to get. I had to pre-order through HongKong (with a hefty price penalty), worrying that I might get screwed (HK has a reputation). The figure was correct but the retailer had trouble making my perfectly-good credit card work for them.

Price listed there is 8190 yen which would be about $105.
I got it for about $73 plus about $25 for shipping. So even with shipping it was less than that listed yen price. xP

Depends how much you like Lum and how much you like figures. She's definitely a nice size and has decent detail and doesn't feel cheap, though the lightning could be a bit better. I like using figures as drawing aids so they're always useful to me whether they're amazing or not and I just like looking at them. xP
I think it's decent, though probably should be slightly less expensive. The problem with Lum is it's hard to tell detail because there's not much to her wardrobe. The hair and the face is the only part that has much substance and those were done really well on the figure and the rest was done well too, but it's just the typically tiger bikini. Sorry if this is a bit rambly and not helpful at all. ror (ror = Engrish lol)
