Well, inaba the dream maker is really cool, for me inaba's the best...
I like expecially the part that Ataru tries to stop the door that Lum wanted from falling... how romantic...lol

"Inaba the Dream Maker" is the best one, but if the vote were for the most comical OVA I would go for "Catch the Heart".
