Yes, Sid I know what shy means. I'm shy like Ataru. It's very hard for me to tell my feelings to someone that I really care about. Also, but unlike Ataru, when I meet someone, I'm shy but when me and that person know each other more and more I just show my crazyness and stuff. But yes, I'm shy even though only in the beggining of a friendship or something like that. Also, I feel uncomfortable and embarassed when my girl friends say such things like "you have a great body: your tall, thing, you have good breasts and you hide everything in those baggy clothes!". Doesn't this count as shyness? =S

Oh and when I have to speak to all my class as presenting a work or answering a question, I just go red, start sweating from my hands and stutter. This is shyness, too I guess.

That last part is nervs, not shyness.

About hiding your body though, it could either be that you don't like your body (like you've been saying around here, you're a bit of a tomboy, and maybe you have a very "femaly" body?) or it could be actual shyness, but that's unlikely (it's probably a mix of both, but with the first thing I said counting more).

Anyway, I'm not the expert in understanding humanity, so what do you think Sid?

Anyway, a shy person is always shy. They don't get over it quickly or easily. They're just never comfortable around people. I'm like that. As far as hiding your body, I'll have to agree with kroptik. It's probably because you're ashamed of your own femininity at some level. You should just randomly one day wear girly clothes, like a dress or something, gauge people's reactions. You'll probably be more pleased than you think. And as far as being embarrassed when you stand in front of the class for a speech, well, stage fright is a rather common thing, whether you're shy or not.

I don't like to be the center of atention. I don't feel uncomfortable with my body, otherwise don't you think that if I did, I would be thinking about plastic surgery or liposuction or breast implants or even a sex change? Well I'm confortable with my body. I'm not ashamed of it and I know I have a nice body but I do not like to expose it. I don't like to feel that I'm being watched and the sensation that some people are just staring at me. Even when someone compliments me but on other matters such as inteligence or even school subjects I feel embarassed.

I act the same whether those who compliment me are boys or girls.

Falling, I'm keeping my body and I'm already sharing it with someone else, in case you're wondering if I could share it with you... xD
