I think its a fair price...

I once tried to buy something from ebay that was priced as $59.99 and the shipment cost was $71.99 and I'm not including tax fees and creditcard fees... XD

So yeah... I think $40 for 4 "collection items" is a fair price... :P

Well if that's the lowest price you've ever seen on Ebay then yes, 37 euros is a low price.
