Went to Amazon.jp recently , to see what UruseiYatsura merchandise is available.

Oh! My! God!

New t-shirts & scarfs and cell-phone charms! :9  All being released for sale on the 25th of this month.

And NONE of them can be shipped outside of Japan !?!???

 


I have just two words for Amazon.jp:

Search Ebay about 3 days later and you might get lucky.

But it sucks that it's only sold directly in Japan... UY needs more publicity in the States and in Europe.

Thanks for the sympathy and the eBay suggestion, Kroptik. A lot of UY merchandise shows up there, and I'm always amazed at what I see. I check every 3 or 4 days now, just browsing. When (and I must think positively: it's when :Y, not if :N) someone makes 'em available I'M ON IT!

I do understand why these items would not be available for International shipment: they are sold through "Amazon Marketplace" -- third-party vendors -- who probably do not want to deal with Customs paperwork and International Shipping headaches just for a 448ï¿¥(=$4.18 = 2.91Euro) cell-phone charm ....
