Farewell to a Legend.
« on: March 07, 2008, 12:03:01 AM »
Famed godfather of geekdom, Gary Gygax, passed away this past Tuesday. He is well known as the creator of Dungeons and Dragons. I have a few good memories of playing the game, myself. Without D&D, the fantasy genre on the whole, and the entire RPG gaming genre, would be nowhere near as prevalent or interesting as it is today. His contribution stands on it's own. He shall be missed. Fair passing into the next life, Mr. Gygax.
Excuse me, have you seen my mind? I seem to have misplaced it...

aw man... role playing games going feel diffrent without him. without him we would not have : elder scrolls, final fanasty, or any  great role playing games. so rest in peace Gary Gygax  :'(
"darling, you give too much thought to what is real and what is not, to what is true and what is false. I realize that is your way, but just this once, accept things as they are. Forego your control, your discipline. and take me with you.

lum plea to kyo final chapter of sins of the family.

I'm such a fan of his work... the whole Valkyrie Clan wishes that Mr. Gary Gygax rests in peace.
