Topic: Quick-reply section hase been added/changed

I have changed the layout and the use of the Quick-reply section at the bottom of each thread.
It has been made a bit nicer and has alsmost the same options as the normal Reply fuction but whithout the smilies

It's enabled for all users on the forum but can be disabled by going to Profiles > Look and Layout Preferences.

Let me know what you think of it.

partly yes, Pac. On the other had I hope the other just like it. The old one was mostly disabled due to lack of options to format your post.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome as well.
