Topic: The sound of the fly

As you well know, when Lamù is flying produce a particular sound.

In which way I could "translate" it on a comics ?!?  ???

The topic sounded like, sound of a house fly. As far as I know Takahashi never gave any particular sound effect for Lum's flying in the manga

that's right but how could be used in a comic to give a sort of sensation of the fly to the reader ?

Well, in my opinion, getting sound effects right can be one of the trickier parts of making a comic. One suggestion would be this:

When she's flying, use a sound effect like "WHOOSH". Very practical, very standard.
When she's just floating there, use a sound effect like "HOVER". Not exactly a standardized sound effect (if there really were such a thing), but it does the job, and leaves a little to the reader's imagination.
