You'll see that every other version says 8000...(I don't know what the hebrew said cause I don't understand it LoL) but the weird is that the english and american (that should be the same lol) they say its Over 9000

I can't imagine Piccolo talking with the same voice as Ataru. Probably because in Portugal, Piccollo's voice was rough and thick. And Ataru's voice is funny and not too thick, most of the times.
