I'm having downloading problems because of my internet's priority. I'll try to explain...

With this kind of internet, instead of having a download limit (as usual) we have priorities. The more downloads you do, the lower your priority goes. The higher the priority, the faster the internet. My priority is at 3 out of 7 at the moment, so I'm cutting a bit on the downloads for now to let it go up a bit.

It's not about that. I had 6 seeds and about 100 leechers and I was downloading at 60kb/s. That was with priority 4. If I had max priority...
