Who currently owns the rights to Urusei Yatsura?

Who owns the rights? I know that Viz own the rights to the manga in the United States (and they stopped releasing the manga >:(). Does the manga-ka own the rights to anime and manga in Japan or do companies?

I have no understanding of the legal situation on ownership of manga and anime.

There was a topic like this before actually. xD
As to who owns the rights, I honestly don't think does.
Rumiko owns the rights to the manga of course, as well as the Urusei Yatsura name, idea and characters, since she is the creator anyway.
