To those that it concerns...the UY fanfic team of Parias and JockoMegane are still alive.

We are currently editing the three existing storylines for official fanfic presentation on web fanfic archives and the rec.arts.anime.creative newsgroup.

Here's the stories we intend to write...

This happy little fellow here is designed to give a quick plot synopsis for the three existing stories and possible upcoming stories and their even more possible names with impossible plots.

"Mendou 1/2 And The Coming Invasion"

Tobimaru decides to exact revenge on Shutaro for the proxy war in "Lum The Forever." His weapon is the Ranma water balloon...making Shutaro one helluva looker with tits to die for. He decides that Ataru should help him find the cure, willing or not. Along the way, a ship arrives in Earth orbit with a Captain intent on making life hell for Lum and her family.

Ryouko gets a new companion in 61 year old US Ambassador to Japan, Warren Hudson; former US Occupation officer in charge of the Tomobiki area from 1945 to 1952.

"Dark Lines, Double Trouble"

A new face comes to Tomobiki with voices in his head. Straint is his name and he's about to undergo a sex-change to become Cygni. Ataru admits his feelings for Lum, all hell breaks lose, Beavis and Butthead forever escape from Highland High School in Texas, and Shutaro tries futilely to keep Warren Hudson from seeing Ryouko. The Stormtroopers shift their attention from Lum to Cygni for various reasons while Megane has a crisis of confidence.

"No Sympathy For The Devil"

Megane gets sick of his life and falls into Kintaro's underground gang in Las Vegas. As the crew races to Las Vegas to save Megane from himself, Lum disappears. Mujaki then makes an appearance to further complicate matters. And where has Shinobu gone...? Not out to space with the purple haired weirdo who claims to be her long lost daddy, I hope. Cygni and her boy-toy Sergei also plan their wedding while Megane considers drug use as a possible last chance at greatness.

"Ryouko-chan's Sweet Seventeen Spectacular"

The title says it all, a proposed side-story about Ryouko's 17th birthday bash set between "Mendou 1/2" and "Dark Lines." Proposed as a double bill alongside "Shuu-chan versus Warren-kun: Who will kick dey butt?"

Ryouko orders up the usual; the 20 story birthday cake that everyone has to climb with a very special prize at the top for the first male up. Not only that, but the whole of Tomobiki-Cho has been turned into a game board with everyone playing different roles! Also, Shutaro and Shingo know more (for once) than Ataru....is Ryouko rigging this one for a specific and special man?

"Inside The Fascist Bathroom"

My tribute (read: blatant rip-off of) to "Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas" and "Trainspotting." Megane and his home video retailer, Takahiro Sakaguchi, go "on assignment" to film a college ski tournament at a ski resort (no shit). With Megane packing an AK-47, a typewriter, the requisite briefcase of illegal drugs, a new shotgun, twenty cans of pork and beans, and enough Duran Duran, Talking Heads, Devo, John Barry, and Rolling Stones to seriously screw up anybody they come in contact with.

Join two refugees from the "Tomobiki Generation" as they try to find that elusive American Dream on the other side of the world.

Just how long can they stay on the straight and narrow?

Note: The title is a something I heard regarding a book on punk rock in the UK. I heard it while watching the beginning of the audio commentary to the film "Sid and Nancy" on the Independent Film Channel.

"You Play The Stud, Then The Chicks Come."

Nearing 62, Warren Hudson likes to think he still "has it." And he does, Ryouko Mendou tells him so every night. And I think she knows what she's talking about. But when Beavis and Butthead (now finding success at Tomobiki High, under the care of Onsen-Mark) order a love raygun in order to score more than they already do (don't laugh) he soon curses being in line of sight of Oyuki and Benten after the dillhole duo shoots them.

Can Ryouko save her Warren? Will Ryouko and the Kuroko have to go to war against Benten and Oyuki as they fight amongst themselves for the love of a Hudson?

Also complicating Ryouko's life is Megane' and her co-production of Macbeth in the Tomobiki High Gymnasium. Tickets available at TicketMeister.

"Take Me To The River And Drop Me In The Water"

At 18 Megane is depressed. He's still on smack, acid, and at least four other drugs at any one time, and admittedly they have done him well; he's nearing completion on his first screenplay and he's still alive. Mainly due to moderation and Sakaguchi being his dealer. It's painful for Megane; but at least pain is real. What about the sex, you ask? Megane's still a virgin.

Funny how secrets travel, eh? Benten has just dropped a lot of money on something really embarrassing and she can't bear to let her family, Ran, Oyuki, or Lum know. Shutaro would probably freak and Hudson is taking a vacation with Ryouko back home in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Benten needs money; real ricky-tick. And the only person she knows who can help is Megane. Megane is only too happy to help, but has conditions that need to be met. He's sick of helping damsels in distress and getting titi (very little) out of it.

Megane doesn't call it prostitution, just a business transaction that allows him to pretend somebody loves him. And so for a month, that's how it will be. No humiliation for Benten or blackmailing. Just an understanding about what Megane wants in return from Benten for saving her ass.

How will it affect them? Can Benten convince Megane to at least "try" to clean up, go straight, and choose life once more? We all know that Megane has always, in some ways at least, been lacking in moral fiber. Sure he knows a lot about Adlai Stevenson and Hitler, but that's hardly a substitute.

After all, if one must sell themselves, they might as well do it for something that's worth it and have fun while doing it, no?

"The Wild West Of Japan"

More or less a direct continuation of "No Sympathy For The Devil." Mujaki must save his son, Tomobiki's Memories, from Dr. Ginkobot as the Doc tries to eliminate Lum and her friends once and for all so he can seize the Oni Empire.

Hudson also gets Megane a job as Director of Photography on a major motion picture. Shinobu, getting worried about Inaba-kun's prolonged absence, decides to go into the Room Of Destiny with Hudson, Tsubame, and Kotatsu-Neko in hopes of finding the apprentice time bunny.

"Time Magazine, December 5 1985"

A cover story on Warren Hudson, as told by two reporters and a photojournalist watching him during the last week before Thanksgiving in November. Features the Kuroko, Ryouko Mendou, and in-depth history on Hudson.

"Drugstore Cowboy Blues"

Ryouko and Warren's vacation in Lincoln, Nebraska. Warren introduces Ryouko to his friends, his VFW pals, magic-using associates, and his political connections.

How will they view Ryouko, and how will Ryouko view them? And is there anything in the future for a Hudson '88 campaign?

Yes, me and Parias are still alive. Parias is backlogged with game reveiws so it is mainly myself doing the writing at the current time.
