I'm not sure if anyone has seen it yet, but heres a video of Attack of the Show co-host Sara Underwood cosplaying as Lum at Anime Expo~!
...is it me or did she mispronounce Lum's name? $:-\$

Yes she did mispronounce Lum, she said "Loom". She also mispronounced "Urusei Yatsura". That said she probably also says Tokyo as Toh-kee-yo instead of Toh-kyoh.

I don't expect too much from G4 anyway since they totally killed Sasuke and replaced it with American Ninja Warrior.
They cut out all the Japanese footage and even had those annoying jocks do the commentary.

Sara's voice is pretty darn annoying as well, and nothing like Lum.

I have still pics of Sara doing Lum if they aren't available on here already.

Ok I just uploaded pics of Sara Jean Underwood from G4TV cosplaying Lum to My Gallery.
Yes some pics are missing because the file size limits don't allow the pics to be posted. They are like 1800 instead of 1200 or whatever.
I'm not going to resize them. It would be nice if larger fil sizes and higher resolutions were allowed as I have some animated Gifs that are just too big to upload as well as some other cosplay stuff.
None of this stuff is ecchi as you can see Sara and her "fake boobs" on G4TV.

Sara Jean just wanted to show herself off in a Bikini and Lum is the most well known Bikini girl.

If I can get a really decent Lum outfit for my wife I think she'd do better than Sara Jean.
My wife wants a Sailor uniform instead and I think she wants a Sailor Moon type ultra mini skirt.
She prefers the uniforms. She has a schoolgirl uniform she wears a lot to the mall and when we go out.
She wants a Japanese one but they are all too big for her.

Dude your wife is awesome! ^^ Anime doesn't really appeal to my gf so im usually talking about it on forums xP How about we cut a deal and trade each others spouses? It will be like wife swap lol

Thanks man, but I wouldn't trade my wife for all the money in the world.
She's totally awesome and she is super dedicated to me and I am to her.

Most American women are not into anime, but in Asia it's different.
My wife's Dad used to watch a lot of Anime, the whole pamilia did.

My wife's bodybuilding has made it so she's pretty muscular in whatever she wears now.

Post some pics of your GF. Many girls like to be photographed, so she might be more into it if you
took a lot of pics of her in cosplay or whatever. My wife wears this outfit so much that I'm worried it will
wear out. I just can't find much stuff in my wifes size, which bites.

I think she'd look amazing in a Lum outfit!

Hey your GF is pretty hot, maybe she'll get into anime over time? My first wife couldn't stand anime.

My wife works out a lot and I'm her trainer. It's taken her 1.5 years to get buff like that. She also has
a killer six pack.

Maybe encouraging your GF would help? Find anime she might like there are so many different kinds outside
of the mainstream stuff.

hahaha hate to break the myth but you don't need to be buff to help someone to become buff.
I fractured my back a number of years ago so working out is impossible for me nowadays.
I used to work out and I learned a lot, I built a gym in the basement for my wife.
Oh and it's Redacted with a D.

Here is a pic of our gym. She works out 5 days a week.
Considering she only weighs 84 lbs.
She can Bench Press 64 lbs.
Barbell Curls 43 lbs.
Upright Rows 48 lbs.
Triceps Dips with 30 lbs. on Dip belt
Military Press 22 lb barbells.
I won't bore you with the rest but I switch her around so she doesn't plateau.

So she's way more buff than Lum, but she'd still look good in a Lum outfit

Our Gym

Here is a video of her working out, now she is only doing 25 lbs. in that video and she's moved up since then.
When she moves up to 35 lbs. I'll take another video.

Yeah my wife's arms are up to 11 inches which for a small girl is quite big.
She does have to be careful or she'll bulk up too much. If she had a bigger chest she could enter
the Bikini Competitions. But small chested girls never win.

Here is a pic of that room before I converted it. It was really a mess. It took me 2 days to clean and paint it.
The rubber flooring took a while for the guy to come up and install it.

From the pic you posted it looks like you work out, why not have your GF work out with you?

Awesome job on the room bro! ill hit u up when i need something to be remodeled lol ^^ I would work out wit my GF but her schedule is always pretty busy and when she is free and is asking for a work out session together im usually doing something :X I think the only time we actually exercise together is when we bike together xP

Thanks, I busted my butt getting that room done. All the pics are up on the Bodybuilding Forum on BB.com

It really helps out if you can work out together, My wife and I are always close but it's best when I can train her and not just leave her on her own.
Working out together helps you bond together IMO. Biking is good too.

She does her Cardio on her own and she cranks the tunes.
I was thinking of having her do 15 minutes of Burpees when I change her schedule next month.
