Urusei Yatsura 2 Beautiful Dreamer was subtitled and given notes by animeigo who own all the UY movies and OVAs rights and have released them in NTSC and PAL on DVD except for Beautiful Dreamer. Beautiful Dreamer is owned by Central Park Animation which release the film in NTSC only; the company became bankrupt and has been liquidated. So that means that when the DVDs in stock disappear, no more copies of Beautiful Dreamer will be made.

Unless someone jumps in with a buttload of munny, untangles the corporate and legal red-tape, and acquires it (then presses out a bunch o' copies, which might be the easiest part of the process) ...

... Unless THAT happens, you & I & we have seen all the copies of UruseiYatsura2-BeautifulDreamer, dubbed-&-subbed, in Region1 encoding, that there ever will be.

I think when a company goes bankrupt and is liquidated everything would be sold so I think the rights to Beautiful Dreamer would have already been sold or are going to be. Why hang on to valuable rights to a movie when your company has finished.
