What did you think of Urusei Yatsura 6: Always My Darling? This film was released in 1991, 3 years and 9 months after The Final Chapter and for the 10th anniversary of the anime.

While it's not the best film, I really don't understand why so many fans hate it. I don't see much of anything wrong with to consider the film "abysmal".

I believe people are upset about the animation style, the characters look SO different

Its not just the animation style, it has a boring style and has rubbish stock characters in the spotlight.

Really? I found the movie entertaining. I have to admit, the the thing with the tofu man was kinda boring, but the main plot was still fun.

What? The plot centred around the tofu man and the princess who are boring stock characters. All the regular Urusei Yatsura characters did a short stilted routine and then left.
