The terrible hentai rules
« on: April 04, 2011, 12:04:31 AM »
I accidentally found in the net an hentai manga about Ataru and Lamù and shuddered: in no uncertain terms our hero binds the hands and feet of the alien, throws her in the cellar and, little by little, he rapes her !!

But the most fearful is the final surprise: it was a kind of "initiation ritual" to make her overcome the fear that prevented her from making love with him!

I shudder because a "script" of this kind is fairly common in hentai manga, where the victim eventually discovers that what has happened to her was not so bad.

For me, this thing is just absurd!

Ok, the hard stories usually are better to have less texture possible but  to justify a rape, to me personally, I feel it's too much !!

If I remember correctly, years ago in Japan arrested a dangerous serial killer who confessed to being obsessed with hentai stories and could not understand why women, at the end of all violence, do not feel "liberated. "

I wonder one thing: how can R.T. allow something like that?

OK, the creator of this dojinshin will give her a good share of the royalties, but I just can not do with a reason: they were right indeed when the Roman Emperor Vespasian claimed that "money does not stink?

I do not think that Takahashi-san gets any royalties from doujin of UruseiYatsura (or doujin of any other manga she's created). These independently-produced manga are not "officially licensed", so no royalties are paid.

I believe these doujin represent such a small portion of the manga market that it is not worth the cost to enforce copyrights on them. If there was enforcement of copyright on independently-made fan-manga, then Takahashi would have come after this board and you, Giovane, for your "anime-manga" doujin that you have published here.

The content of these doujin is also unpoliced, and I believe it is for the same reason: it would cost too much to do so. It would take a very horrible story to make Takahashi-san take notice and take action against it.

Doujinshis are mere publicity, so a mangakas don't really care how their characters are used, as long as it helps to publicize their shows.
If mangakas got money from the doujinshi market, they'd be infinitely stricter about it.
On the other hand, it is also impossible keeping the whole net under control for unauthorized fan-comics and fanfictions!

I remember once I saw a few revolting femmeslash images with Lum on a fan-art archive... they were simply horrible! If Rumiko isn't going to do anything about THAT, I doubt anything would make her.

I don't think a lot of manga-ka read doujinshi based on their own work. Also not all doujinshis are are e manga, doujinshi simply means fan manga.

You know, Gio. Doujinshi is just fan-art. It's not illegal as long as you say you don't own the copyrights and yada yada yada. Shouldn't it be illegal, if you created something new but based on something else? No because it's the same logic. Just... let it go and forget about the bad things you saw. And if you can't forget about it, watch some REAL UY. ;)
