Sure doesn't appear to be a joke dub either.

When exactly did this start and why is there only clips of random episodes (seems to be in the 20-29 range)

Bigger question is why they'd make a translation of quality that surprising given the subject matter, then bring it to so few English speaking countries.

see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animax_Asia

I think nothing of Animax Asia dub users have completly seen Urusei Yatsura.

And it is right: in the asia english dub lum is called as "lamu" (lum is correct, in the japanese dub it is often spoken as lamu).

I know that, but it still a little irritating.

AliasEgo9901 had uploaded the english dub of the 2 episodes on Youtube, but now it is removed and the account locked out from Youtube.

I see on Amazon.com the original VHS: http://www.amazon.com/Those-Obnoxious-Aliens-Dub-VHS/dp/6303354335

But $99.99 (List Price: $19.98) is too expensive. Have anyone the original english dub?

Now it costs $29.99.

by the way: The animax english dub is known as Alien Musibat.
