Sure I understand it would be annoying Ataru and co, but not for me.

I would've voted Cherry for the funniest character, but I decided to go with the most annoying one. That's why I picked Mr Fujinami (with Ten in a close second).

Also, what's annoying to one is not necessarily annoying to others. In fact, some of us laugh at some of the stupidest things others get annoyed by. Hence the whole someone cannot be both thing. If it's funny to you, then obviously it doesn't annoy you, even though it may be funny because others do find it annoying.

For me its a choice between Asuka, Mr Fujinami and
Asuka has an annoyingly high pitched voice and she frequently screams whenever she sees a man so Asuka it is then.
