From what I've seen, chibi Lum is very kind and inocent. I think that she would think of being girl-hunted as a game and she wouldn't get mad at Ataru.

I wouldn't think the relationship would be any different, well Ataru might be a little more open to Lum, but it wouldn't be any different, ataru grew with shinobu and still girl-hunted even though he had a girl he liked, i'm just thinking that the love triangle with Shinobu, Lum and Ataru would have been alot more long term(and alot more destructive)
Here's another interesting question: How did they meet so early? If the only reason Lum and Ataru met was because of the tag match, how do you think they would have met earlier
