I somehow doubt ataru would want to create more than 5 children,it is true that he is a pervert,but that doesnt make him a sexual beast regarding Lum

Speaking of shocks, that's the reason why he wouldn't have too many kids (its VERY hard to please 20 kids plus their mother, and the unpleased ones would "shockingly" affect their dad).
I do see Mayuka having a brother like 4 years younger or something.

 I'll even go further and say Mayuka will marry Shinobu and Inaba's son and have 3 kids, as well as Mayuka's brother marrying Mendo and Asuka's first daughter and having one son.

Well I sometimes get the reverse of a flashback (I see something that will happen in every detail, like what I hear, see and smell, but I only remember I saw it when the event happens).
