The OVA "Catch the Heart" is so funny. Megane was SO dumb in this OVA...! I mean he had the chance to kiss Lum and what did he do? He passed out and when he woke up he made a hillarious speech and then... bye bye Lum.

In "Lum: Rebel Without a Clue", Lum builds a movie projector all by herself. She even redesigns the plug of her movie projector so that it could fit in the plug in the classroom. This shows that she possesses a very keen intellect and knowledge of engineering. Such skills would be essential. How else would she be able to operate and maintain her UFO?

Yeah, but the projector exploded! After all, Lum-san "fixed" the projector by banging on it with a mallet and jury-rigged the plug. Even Moroboshi was worried about the projector exploding and asked Lum-san three times about it, and sure enough, it exploded...

Lum-san does seem to like tinkering around with technology, but more often than not, Lum-san doesn't get the end results she wants...

Yeah, Lum kept telling Ataru that he worried too much when he showed concern about the projector exploding.

I think the projector was supposed to explode, since it was designed to literally make the characters in the film come to life. But, yes, she rarely gets the end results she wants. This is especially true in the magical lipstick episode and the episode in which she takes care of Ran when she is ill.

True and I have to say that I love those episodes. I was thinking right now and I now I am sure that there isn't any episode from UY that I dislike.
