Kotatsu-Neko is actually one of the most laid back and easygoing characters besides Lum in the series. But I guess that isn't all that surprising, seeing as how he's a cat.

There isn't a cat as another cat. I have a cat and he is very laid back but playfull, too.

I have a cat as well. He has been declawed (the claws of his front paws were removed so that he wouldn't be able to tear up furniture) and neutered. He's actually very social for a kitty. He walks up to my dad at the dinner table and begs for food. I think he just wants to be included though.
