He's admiring himself in the mirror. This is right after Moroboshi (with the power of flipping the gender of whomever he touches) has just touched both Kotatsu-Neko and the Principal, transforming them into female versions of themselves. The Principal looks a bit too comfortable as a female, but Kotatsu-Neko doesn't look any different... :P

I meant that when he was alive he was a male, but now that he is a ghost, he isn't male or female. He is........... a ghost.
