I have become a fan of the TOUHOU PROJECT series of independently-produced games. I admit, I am very very BAD at the games themselves, but I LOVE the fan mania that surrounds them.
Just announced: Touhou 14.3 Danmaku Amanojaku -- Impossible Spell Card will be released at this year's Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai (the "Hakurei Shrine Grand Festival", the big con' for Touhou Project comics, music, books, animations, games, and collectables).
