As someone that stopped watching this series... I tell you, just start watching from the current filler episodes... you haven't really missed much and even if you did... it doesn't really matter.

Just read the manga its way better and the story flows more normally.

during what arc? I remember when Ichigo was trying to save rukia, the whole Seireitei was looking for ichigo and he had to hide in the sewers. stopped watching the anime as well because of so many fillers. I can't blame them, the anime quickly catches up with the manga. So many fillers that it makes it feel non-canon. Read the manga
