My ideal anime girl is Lum.
A big plus would having her wear those ribbons so I don't get zapped all the time.
Putting my wife's personality into Lums body would be as perfect as you could get.

Umm ... wow, saying "woman" suggests an older person than the teen-agers that populate most of the anime I watch.

(Please do not take that the wrong way: it's merely that most anime are populated by teens. 20-somethings and 30-somethings are nowhere to be found except as villans or teachers)

And, since most anime females are incredibly pretty, "looks" are not an issue.

She should be honest, without guile. Modest and a little shy. Optimistic. She should be light of bearing (not heavily willful). She should be glad to have me with her in her life, but not be clingy or needy.

She should make me want to be a better man.

And I would prefer she have a trim figure, if at all possible. Giant boobillas are aethetically unpleasing (you get a backache when leaning so far over to kiss).

I've seen a ton of Anime characters in their 30-40s and they look like 20! x'D

I've never seen grenadier, but I've seen two reviews of it and in the show a character called Rushuna Tendō  says she is 16 but there's no way is she 16! She is 25 as far as I'm concerned. In anime attractive women nearly always appear older than their given age, maybe this is because teenagers want to have someone that they would go to school with or it's someone that they would have a chance with.
