according to the wayback machine this website traces back to 2002 back when windows xp almost was a year old. and this obviously looks like basic HTML coding, because nowadays anyone can make a fancy website with tools and templates and its called myspace (just kidding, but seriously...). If anyone finds this layout nostalgic, be scared because its showing your age....*cough, cough*
