Boy, it's SO hard to choose! Onsen-mark and the way he always gets beaten up by his students is so funny, as well as Mr. Fujinami with his "I love the sea!" and his fights with Ryunosuke.

Still... noone can beat Cherry. He's both incredibly annoying (how many times did you want to beat the crap outta him?) and incredibly funny (the sudden appearances of his butt-ugly face still make me laugh).

For most annoying, Rei takes the cake.  He randomly appears, eats a lot, and tries to take Lum away!  I always find it funny when he turns into his "pig cow" form...
