I go for Happosai mostly because of what he his...

Happosai is one of the most powerful martial artists in the world. He can easily overpower others with his massive battle-aura, and he possesses knowledge in ancient martial arts techniques, near-forgotten pressure points on a human body, recipes for alchemical concoctions with various effects, and knowledge of many Chinese and Japanese magical artifacts. His main weaknesses are that he is seldom remotely serious and he is susceptible to sucker-attacks while he is distracted by lingerie and women. (don't we all)

I think Cherry would win because although he is unskilled in martial arts he is wise and would probably use wits over fighting skills. In the UY series Cherry often appears very unexpectadly which means he is very good at hiding in an environment giving him the element of surprise. Cherry also has a powerful guardian spirit as evidenced in story 11 of the manga.

If there's both underwear and food around the battle ground, it will be a tie.

In "normal" conditions Happosai wins.

I don't know what are the rules for this fight but if its like a boxing match... Happosai wins... because Cherry may be resistant but he's like a weapon and fist magnet... he gets beaten pretty easily...

If this is going to be a deathmatch... well... I'm sure I won't be here to see the end of that battle... XD

Hard choice, but I'm going with Happosai. He's like a ninja after all, Cherry is a "peaceful" (non-fighting anywa) monk.
But it would be a battle longer then long-cat with the whole world at risk of exploding...
