Yup, lol!

However, i've seen a lot of new girls join, but they never post (they're probably just leeching off of The Complete Music Box XD)

It's like, "I'm a UY fan so I join. Let me check the gallery. Let me check the site navigation (like episodes, Lum, music, etc.)" But they never click on "Show unread posts since last visit." so they never really know there's a Forum, even though there's some buttons with "FORUM". =\

(Offtopic once again XD)

Hmmmm, so maybe the forum needs to sorta "advertise" itself a little more?

Advertising takes money, and judging by all the monthly donations, I say Lum-Chan doesn't get much specifically for it...
Besides, this isn't a big enough site that should bother with advertising for now.
Sure members can post it around, but being an old anime makes it harder since most people probably don't even know it...
Signatured postponed until I cba to make a new one. x.x

I didn't mean THAT kind of advertising, I meant make the forum section more visible on the site, instead of a tiny little tab.

Beautiful key-chains

Indeed a Kawai item that should not be missed by any lumaholic

I wonder how much do they cost because I am gonna get all of them

By the way,we could do free ads for the forum like this one from our dear friend Sandstorm:

#Invalid YouTube Link#

Maybe I will do one of those later this month, hehehe

I'll make a nice ad for the forum on the UruseiYatsuraHD account. Anyone got some good ideas?

As long as it doesn't scare people away like the one Sand did... XD

They cost about 500 yen each, depending on the individual keychain. The keyholders I bought early this year were 450¥ apiece, but LOOK OUT ... cost of shipping is more than you may expect.

I have to agree with Falling. That scared the "Sand" out of me. xD

I guess it would be better to promote Urusei Yatsura than the Forum. Mainly because what would a person do without knowing what's UY about in a Forum? Probably Spam or only posting stuff on the Off-Forum threads.

After promoting the Anime/Manga, we could then start thinking about promoting the Forum.

Also, the problem of little visibillity of the Forum's buttons is still an issue after advertising on the web, unless of course, we teach people to actually visit the Forum, like taping ourselves visiting this website.
