Ya, same here. I can see that the URL for those images is from some weird site, so maybe it doesn't like it's images to be embedded on other sites.

Download 'em, then upload 'em to ImageShack.

Thanks Kroptik. Once, I tried drawing Lum's face following RT's steps and it looked horrible! xD

Problem seems to come and go for me (InternetExplorer8). Interesting that, as I type this, the "orignal" images in Giovane's post are once again malfunctioning but the same ones in Kroptik's quote are working! Shimatta!

The first two images are from Kemo Kobiru no Nikki, a diary of Takahashi's early days creating UruseiYatsura & MaisonIkkoku in a tiny shared apartment (so crammed with their art studio needs that they slept in the closet!).

Don't let the name of the source put you off. www.Furinkan.com is the NorthAmerican website & bulletin-board for All Things Takahashi. Very nice sub-site (Tomobiki-cho.com) dedicated to UruseiYatsura.

The ones on my quote work because I changed the quote with imageshack pictures, and imageshack has no problems with hotlinking. It's not an exact quote. :P

And Giovane's pics ain't showing for me again... xD

oh, well: if you're not able to draw (like me) you could use the ones that are ready to write an history.

You know what I'm talking about, isn't it ?   ::)

To tell you the truth... that way of drawing is only for people with skill... with eye for the thing... If I where to draw like that... I would end up with a very deformed Lum...
