So I think a poll about this was missing so we can now what are the most popular characters.

Is it just me, or is Shinobu missing from the list? Also, one of my favorite minor characters, Prince of the Underground, is nowhere to be found. His line, "Looks like you don't believe in my abilities!", from Ep. 45 is just classic.
