What episodes on what volumes?
« on: June 28, 2009, 10:21:27 AM »
I was going through the entire series by watching what I downloaded by bitorrent, I can either wait for the download to complete, or just rent them from Netflix.  I was wondering which volume of the AnimeEigo releases had Episode 140 so I could start in the middle with the DVDs.

If you count each TV show as an episode, then episode 140 "The Mysterious Humongous Cake! Love Escape Panic!" is on DVD 36.

It's rare, but if you're counting each individual story as an episode (the early half-hours had two 15-minute stories), then it should be ... "Princess Kurama: Love Hunter" on DVD 31.

Wait, what? Netflix has anime? Even ones like UY?? Nobody told me that! :o

I've been tempted for a while to check it out.

yup, ive seen them there. They're even zip.ca (Canada's equivalent to NetFlix) I really want to find them locally though. I've checked several around my house, but no luck. I might have to go more into the city.

I wish. No chance of finding UY. Out here few places have a real selection. Mostly just the usuals. DBZ is good, if watched in order as intended. But I've never bothered to try Naruto or Bleach. Closest BIG city is heading all the way to Seattle...
