I was thinking of something similar but I'm a bit afraid this will create a lot of spammage on the forum...
Well, it's a good idea. Let's see what I can think/add/create to get the lurkers more active that they are now.

You can always make it time-based instead of post-based. Like... let's say... 2 weeks??
Or even make both together like 2 weeks and 75 posts.
