Of course. And it's not that I don't like her, I just find her personality extremely unattractive. She's still a great character, though. And as essential as she is to the whole series, I HAVE to keep her. It wouldn't be UY without her. It'd be like... "The Misadventures of Ataru Moroboshi" or something like that.

keep in mind though that, (at least as I recall), Rumiko Takahashi originally wasn't keeping Lum. Something fans wanted I believe.

Anyways "The Misadventures of Ataru Moroboshi" is exactly what she would have written in this case XD

Yes, well, the fact is that she DID keep her. Without her, do you really think the story would have lasted as long as it did? Or would it have gone the way of such other comics she had done up until that point as "Those Selfish Aliens" or "Wasted Minds"?
