Registration Process has been changed for the forums

Due to some unseen difficulties regarding registering to the forums @ this location I have changed the code a bit.
There's no option for 13 years old or younger peeps to use. It's only 'I agree' or 'I don't agree'
This will make more sense while registering to the forums because why should parents fax a copy of the registration signed to me? I think it's not really needed and a bit of self-regulation is at place here ;D
Anyways, Enjoy once more again and have a lot of fun hanging out here!
