Alright, alright, ALRIGHT! ENOUGH! Before this turns into a Suicide Cult thread!
Let's face facts.
First: YOU have to be HAPPY being YOU. If you are not happy being you, then no-thing and no-one will EVER do so.
Plan your life so that you can provide yourself a good income. You canNOT depend on Anyone Else to provide that for you.
Find a career and/or hobbies that please you, and enjoy them. Fill your life with things that interest you. Only YOU can do this. Do NOT expect Someone Else to do it for you. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR LIFE WHAT YOU NEED IT TO BE TO FULFILL YOURSELF.
And, finally: IF -- and I mean IF, not WHEN -- IF you find someone who shares a similar path to yours ... that's wonderful. I will be the first to be exceptionally happy for you. But don't make it a cornerstone of your life plan.

Suicide? I'm too stubborn for that.
I am happy (well, recent events have put me in a temporary depression but I expect that to end at some point) being me and I don't really expect anyone to do anything about my life in that sense.
It's just that a girlfriend was the one thing I felt like I needed that I didn't have yet and just when I thought I was going to have one, the universe decides to be a big a$$hole and takes that away from me in the most unexpected way imaginable, merged with the worst possible timing imaginable.

Well, I was 3 years of my life with some b!tch that doesn't even know what friendship means. I was SO pissed off that I know that if I saw her again that night I would freaking give her a new nose job. With my fists.
But now, I don't even care anymore. She could flip me off or whatever and I would probably laugh at her. xD
I still think of her everyday but it's more like "how in the world did I fell in love with someone that can't be a friend?". I do want to stop thinking about her but since I listen to Eminem a lot, I always found myself dissing her. xD
But anyways, I reached a place in my life where I should really stay focused on classes and real friendships, meaning that I have no time or patience for serious relationships. I may sound like a [insert prostitute slang term here] but I don't care because I'm better without relationships right now. Maybe someday when I don't have much worries with college, someone changes my mind. ;)

I have my own version of that, Cata. Sounds like what I went through with "E". It just took 8 times longer for a fool like me to realize that she was incapable of being a friend (much less a love). And it took a long time to get her out of my mind. But now the moments when I recall E are the exception.
As for concentrating on your school and your real friendships --- you do not sound like a [insert prostitute slang term here], you sound like a young woman who is planning for her future and executing those plans. There's nothing cold about that. If someone happens along, that's fine and wonderful, but first and foremost you have to take care of YOU. No one else will.
And, Neo: didn't want to leave you out here. I haven't shared an experience like yours (and I'm running out of time to type here, gotta leave for work) so all I can say is I'm sorry for your pain -- that much I've shared in my way -- and as for being too stubborn to commit suicide - your heart may be hurt but your spine is still strong. Stand tall.

I had a girlfriend (someone who write on my youtube profile "liebe dich ^^", which means "love you") but she left me since 3 months, because she have no longer feelings for me. That made me so sad at the time, i hate her, because i really loved her and feel i was only used from she.
now, yesterday she talked with me (after bitter quarrel), she feels so sorry for me, because the time was so hard for me, but I forgive her.
Before we came together, her old ex boyfriend left 1 month ago from her, because he find a better girl than she and he is very depressed. So she have a very damage from him and I comforted her. Later she says she liked only me, because i comforted her.

Are not Alone. Even if they are healthy I did not have a girlfriend. Probabbly because I influented by romanian newspaper that related younger 15-18 year old arrested because they intim relation with their girlfriends (14-17 years old) even if they gave their consent.

If girl is younger 18 years old and boy have a intim relation with her, the boy is arested. On the other hand marriage is permited if boy are 18 years old minimum and girl are 16 years old minimum.
Even if you are legally married with a girl 16-17 year old, and have a intim relation with her, You can wake arrested because have intim relation with infant.
I decide wait i make 18 years old than find a girlfriend but now no find.
Now I have 24 years old in 19 April make 25 years old.
