yes. I am back. i been busy doing more important things with my art. lol but I was always thinkin of ur lum fans deep down, well sorta, whenever i would do fat weightgain fanart, i think of lum and in turn the amazing feedback i recieved on it. lol, mixed reviews definitly which i think is fine. So be sure to tell me what you think. I'd be awesome if someone else really likes it but whatever. so here it is more fat lum.
the character on the right is of my own creation doubita, she seems displeased with lum's consistent lack in ability to purchase ice cream for the both of them instead of just for herself, lol ^_^ i think she looks cute this big though. :D

why? i am not really meaning to offend anyone. i really really like lum a lot. i am being honest.. i just love drawin her fat, is that really so wrong that i deserve to be banned, i think that's a little closed minded. I am not saying you need to dig this but maybe just not reject it so much, i think it's flattering to her in all honesty. *_* shes still the same lum u know and love, just now theres more to love.

i guess it just feels unfair, if someone else put a lot of effort into a normal lum fanart id be cool, but if i change one thing about her everyone gets outraged or disgusted, i am glad you arent then i guess. lol if i ever feel compelled to draw normal sized lum i willl post here, sigh. though i expected as much, i just like sharing it with u all.

because i love fat girls. and i love lum. its as simple as that. i like her normal too, but i dont see as much of a point in doing fan art if i dont somehow put my own spin on it. big girls are very beatiful to me.

I guess if that's how you like her, then by all means draw her like that. I'm sure oother people might like it too.
And guys, be fair. It's in his right to draw a fat Lum if he wants to.
Just a suggestion: next time please just put a link for the pic and don't post the pic itself. At least that people that5 don't like it don't have to see it.
(I might be this nice because I haven't looked at the picture yet, and I'm not going to. I just wanna give an honest opinion on the topic.)

After all, he's a Lumaholic like the rest of us, but with a different perspective of lum.

well honestly i love victories secret models, i just like having more to hold on my girl too, so i really like big women too, lol and i dont see it enough in art so i do it. its beautiful to me.

Kuririndaimao, I totally respect your points of view and opinions and if people doesn't want to see your fanart, then all they have to do is not to look at it. I can't say that I prefer a "big Lum" to a "thin Lum" because I like her as she is. You know how to draw, how to paint and you have your own style and you doesn't have afraid to express how you feel or your thoughts, so I congratulate you for that. I'm not against fat persons or something related to it but to be honest with you, I really like the Lum we know: in shape and cute!

ah yes the classic one man's trash is another mans treasure, though id like to believe theres some lurker on the forum who also thinks this is amazing. i really dont know why most guys think fat chix are all that bad. lol

Picasso abstract paintings may look ugly to stupid narrow minded people that can't open the eyes to see different points of view... But for other open minded people they try to imagine what he was seeing and the feelings he had when painting them... and the effort...
Well I think I would stick with the simple one... LoL
Btw, I don't like Picasso paintings... I like more natural things like paintings from the great artist Claude Monet...
I just used Picasso cause of his way of seeing beauty in women... its almost the same as Kuririn... XD... The new Picasso... ;D

i think i explained it in the post but my own character doubita from basketball comic i work on. lum was supposed to bring them both ice cream but it seems lum had other plans...she hasn't seen a single scoop all summer. thankyou for appreciation of piece regardless of lack of appreciation for fat lum, i appreciate it. Hmm should i post any future lum drawings (be it fat or thin, i like thin girls so it may happen but jumbo lum is the most fun to me)?

Guys let's face it: in the end, what matters the most is personality. And on that we all agree Lum is great.
And besides, it's tastes. Some like seeing curves, some like more "meat".
The first time you guys saw Lum, if she was fat, would you be upset? Probably not...

Since you didn't know that Lum cannot ever be fat (except pregnancy but that isn't considered fat, I think), I'll try to explain why to you:
Lum is an alien. An Oni, to be especific. She has different metabolism from humans. Episode 23 is the proof that she or any other Oni will ever be fat.

It used 2 be licensed by Animeigo,but such license is expiring (they announced that once they are out of UY dvds,they wont renew da license)

I'm not sure but I think that one of the panchinko companies has a few rights over UY, Let's hope the rights are in some other good hands so they could renew the series :-\

Urusei Neo everyone have their opinions and they should be respected. In this Forum there's this thing which I love that's called "freedom of speech" and I think that it includes posting whatever you want that doesn't go against the Forum's rules. As far as I know, Kurin didn't break any rule.
