Lum's normal hairstyle is my favorite. As for outfit, well, that's a tough one. She's one of the few anime characters I've seen with a consistently great fashion sense, so it's hard for me to choose a favorite. I'll list the ones I particularly like.

The wedding dress she wears in Movie 5 is so beautiful. It reminds me of Princess Peach's dress from the Mario games. Also she looks very pretty with short hair. O+

The reason she's rubbing her posterior is because she got stuck in a bench when she caught Ataru flirting with a girl. After she finally got out of that mess, she rubbed her behind because it was still sore from trying to free herself from the bench.
And yes, the sunhat and dress is very pretty. :)

Her outfit in the first pic is pretty cute. Unfortunately, it was destroyed when Lum tried to zap Shingo. :'(
Other than the fact that her hair is wrapped in a pigtail, the reason why she looks like Ranma is Atsuko Nakajima, the character designer of Ranma 1/2, was the animation director of that episode.

Here's a pic from "The Terrible Toothache Wars". This is actually a scene from Ataru's nightmare. In his dream, Lum was a sinister dentist trying to use a "deathmoble" (as I like to call it) on Ataru. But I can't imagine Lum acting in a sinister manner. In fact, when she tries to treat Ataru's toothache at school the next day, she's being her cheerful, carfree self. :D)
