Title: UY slot machine thing

I've been looking in the Yahoo-japan search engine and I stumbled with this

this seems like a UY slot machine game, but the only thing that I could find there is how to play the game.
If anyone has more has anymore info about this, I would greatly  appreciated.

This seems quite a profesional site, but my random clicks do not seem to get anywhere. Surely someone can understand this language (I can not, sadly).
